Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces (including engraved items), and sale items are final sale.
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns. Refunds are issued only for non-custom items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of unopened package, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
